Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we will notify you by email or WhatsApp if there will be a significant delay.

Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location within Pakistan. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000
• A standard delivery fee applies to orders below this amount, calculated at checkout

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.

Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Delayed Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged (especially fragile pieces like salt lamps or resin decor), contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within 5 business days, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in such cases.
